Send Any Form Instructions

submit any form to sendForm.php with "post" as the action.
	example: <form class="cmxform" action="sendAnyForm/sendForm.php" method="post" name="form1" id="form1">

It will email all fields in this format:
	element name: element value
	example:
	<input name="First Name" id="name" size="30" maxlength="75" minlength="2" type="text" required />
	would be sent as:
	First Name: whatever name was entered

Except fields with the following element names: sendFrom, sendTo, sendCC, sendBCC, sendMailSubject, & redirectURL
you must use these as hidden fields to specify the email information:
	example:
	<input type = "hidden" name = "sendFrom" value ="from.example.com" />
        <input type = "hidden" name = "sendTo" value ="to.example.com" />
        <input type = "hidden" name = "sendCC" value ="" />
	<input type = "hidden" name = "sendBCC" value ="" />
        <input type = "hidden" name = "sendMailSubject" value ="Contact Us Form" />
        <input type = "hidden" name = "redirectURL" value ="../index.php" />

I have included plugins for input masking and form validation. 
To use these add the following to the head of your form page and add class “cmxform” to the form:
