NOTES:  These are just general temperatures and times, always use what is specified in the recipe.

Modern oven thermostats are adjustable, so it is necessary to periodically check the ACTUAL oven temperature with an accurate thermometer designed for the purpose and adjust the dial, or have your service man perform this service at least once a year.

Always follow HIGH ALTITUDE directions, temperature settings and times when appropriate to your locale.
