This recipe is quick and easy - good for those nights you don't have a lot oftime to prepare dinner.

1 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1 tomatoes chopped
1 Yellow Bell pepper chopped
½ cup Black Olive
2 Grilled chicken Breast slice
salt & pepper to taste
½ cup Green Onion
lettuce
4 warm flour tacos
½ cup white onion chopped
Sauté grilled chicken strips, onions, bell pepper, Black olive, tomatoes green onion in oil; for 3-5 minutes heat taco in olive for 1 -2 minutes
Place lettuce on shell top with chicken bell pepper, onions, olives, and tomatoes, add ranch dressing or taco sauce roll up and cut or eat whole.
