Mix olive oil, sugar, vinegar, Place salad Mix, cheese, carrots, and purple cabbage in a bowl pour olive oil, vinegar and sugar mix over salad on toss Place fruit on a wood skewer heat sauté pan add a small amount of oil place kabob in sauté pan cook 1-2 minutes on both sides place salad on plate place a kabobs on each side of the plate top with parmesan cheese bacon bits.
